Two Twenty Two Productions is a privately owned company with strategic offices in New York and  Puerto Rico.  The goal of the company is to produce and develop independent films and documentaries. Two Twenty Two Productions  produced the award winning feature “Shut Up and Do it!”  and  plans to develop four privately financed projects for 2009.

 

Bruno Irizarry is an actor, director and screenwriter. The award winning independent film Shut Up and Do it! marks his debut as a film director. The film won the American Latino TV award and has been part of eight film festivals in the United States and Puerto Rico. Bruno also directed the play “Chewing Mothers Bones” with the Kismet theatre company in Hoboken, NJ.

As an actor his career has been very extensive and varied. He was last seen at the world premiere of “The Night is a Child” at the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre. Some of his credits include: Anna In the Tropics (Portland Center Stage), Love, Valor and Compassion (Intiman Theatre), Who killed Hector Lavoe (47 Street Theatre), and Blood Wedding (Spanish Repertory Theatre). Television: New York Undercover and Guiding Light. He had the pleasure to meet and be directed by Robert De Niro in the film The Good Shepherd.
